H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Mosque — Al Ain

The flagship mosque commission — a V-VIP project for the Crown Prince Court in Al Ain, and the single most documented project in the company archive (85 photos across five portfolios). The design brief, in the portfolio's own words: travertine and Serpeggiante marble mixed with African teak, gypsum cast, aluminium, glass, Murmurino paint, brass, crystal and carpet — "simply, with traditional design, we get a unique project." Carved Moroccan & Andalusian wooden ceilings, moulded gypsum domes and partitions, heritage doors, and gilded detailing.
